The perfect pairing with a perfect glass of De Grendel Merlot. Our oxtail is cooked over-night at 85'C in a plum, tomato and red wine sauce. Best enjoyed on a cold wintery night in front of the fireplace.
Ingredients: Oxtail, Tomato, Onion, Garlic, Celery, Carrots, Red wine, Leeks, Beef stock, Parsley.
Heating Instructions: Heat from frozen. Preheat the oven to 160'C, remove the lid and cook for 40 to 45 minutes, or until heated throughout. Not suitable for microwave heating.
